| The entire team at Sydney Bariatric Clinic have given me the most exceptional care any patient could receive. My personal experience with Dr Ryan, Dr Tony, Dr Coco, Dr John, Amanda, Claire, Holly & Sarah has been filled with professionalism, expertise, and most importantly empathy. The compassion and support I have received at every step of the way has exceeded my expectations. Whilst I faced late onset post operative complications (at no fault of the clinic) the staffs ability to create a calming environment during such a critical time was truly commendable. | I was a patient of Sydney Bariatric Clinic in August last year when I had gastric sleeve surgery. From my very first appointment with the surgeon, through to my procedure at Westmead Private Hospital, and my recovery in the following weeks, I could not fault the care and attention of every staff member. All the details of the procedure were thoroughly explained to me and I was given plenty of opportunity to ask questions and make an informed decision. In the difficult post-op days I was afforded lots of support and never felt like I was on my own. I would like to make special mention of practice nurse Amanda whose care, compassion and professionalism was outstanding, all delivered with an excellent sense of humour. I would not hesitate to recommend this practice to anyone considering bariatric surgery. It was a five-star experience all round. |
