| I was a patient of Sydney Bariatric Clinic in August last year when I had gastric sleeve surgery. From my very first appointment with the surgeon, through to my procedure at Westmead Private Hospital, and my recovery in the following weeks, I could not fault the care and attention of every staff member. All the details of the procedure were thoroughly explained to me and I was given plenty of opportunity to ask questions and make an informed decision. In the difficult post-op days I was afforded lots of support and never felt like I was on my own. I would like to make special mention of practice nurse Amanda whose care, compassion and professionalism was outstanding, all delivered with an excellent sense of humour. I would not hesitate to recommend this practice to anyone considering bariatric surgery. It was a five-star experience all round. |
